Nashville Concert Will Benefit Children’s Hospital

Rascal Flatts announced today that their October 17th, tour date stop at the Sommet Center, in Nashville, TN will benefit the Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt. All the proceeds from the show that night will be donated to the hospital.

The last 3 years, the trio has donated more than $2.2 million generated through the Nashville concerts every year.

“We have been overwhelmed by Nashville’s response to the Children’s Hospital benefit shows in the past three years,” said Gary LeVox, the band’s singer. “It matters to us to give back, and we can’t think of a better way to do that than to help right here in our own community. We have our fans and friends in Nashville to thank for being so generous.”

Tickets for the upcoming show go on-sale this Saturday, September 13, and are available at ticketmaster, 255-9600 or www.ticketmaster.com.

Flatts “Bob That Head Tour” Is A Sellout

The Flatts sold out shows at Cincinnati’s River Bend Music Center for the fourth straight year this weekend. They also had sell-outs in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and at the New York State Fair. The highly successful “Bob That Head Tour” will continue through November 3.

In other news, Rascal Flatts will announce the nominees for the 42nd annual CMA awards, on GMA on September 10. The CMA Awards will air on ABC November 12.
