Rascal Flatts have now tied the Statler Brother’s with their 6th straight vocal group of the year award.

“Thank you to all of our fans,” said guitarist/piano player Jay DeMarcus, who then poked fun at himself for wearing a rather loud jacket. “I am glad this happened early in the show, because I’ve gotta get Mamaw’s curtains back soon.”
“This is the first award I’ve gotten where I can thank my son!” gushed guitarist and new dad, Joe Don Rooney, whose wife gave birth to their son, Jagger, earlier this year.
“We just found out that we tied with the Statler Brothers for consecutive CMA wins … you just can’t dream that big,” LeVox told reporters backstage.
Congrats, guys! Don’t forget to vote for Rascal Flatts! They are nominated for two People’s Choice Awards! Vote HERE!
